Be Fit

Medicare Advantage members can get fit at the gym of their choice with our fitness benefit, Be Fit. Use Be Fit to get paid back monthly, quarterly, or yearly for your gym memberships and fitness class fees.

With Be Fit, you'll:

  • Get paid back up to $30 per month or $360 per year
  • Have the freedom to pick your gym anywhere you go, even while traveling

Getting Paid Back

What you send us to get paid back depends on how your gym works.

If you send us a receipt without our reimbursement form:

  • Write "For $30 only" on it. If you don't note that or include the form, you will get a denial letter in the mail for the difference you're responsible for.

How You're Refunded

We can't pay the gym directly, so you have to pay the full cost first, and then send us details for reimbursement. You will be reimbursed once your eligibility has been confirmed, so how you choose to pay affects how you're refunded.

Monthly

  • If you pay in advance and send us your receipt monthly, you'll be reimbursed up to $30 each month. If your receipt shows your fees are less than $30 per month, we'll reimburse you for the amount you paid. If you paid more than $30 per month, you'll be responsible for the difference.

Quarterly

  • If you pay in advance and send us your receipt quarterly, you'll be reimbursed for the amount you paid, up to a maximum of $90.

Yearly

  • If you pay for a year in advance and send us the receipt at the beginning of the year, you'll be reimbursed once each month for your monthly cost or up to $30 per month ($360 total over the course of the year).
  • If you pay for a year in advance and send us the receipt at the end of the year, you'll be reimbursed once for the amount you paid, up to a maximum of $360.

You must send us all receipts by January 31 of the following year to be eligible for reimbursement.

Rally®

Rally, our easy-to-use digital health experience, is another helpful fitness tool that comes with your plan. Rally uses personalized missions, group challenges, support, and rewards to help you with your health in these areas like these:

  • Exercise
  • Sleep
  • Nutrition
  • Stress management

Assist America

Check your worries with your bags with Assist America. No matter where you are in the world, they connect you to the help you need, like quality emergency medical care while traveling 100 miles or more from home.

Anytime Nurse Line

Our 24-hour Anytime Nurse Line can help answer your health questions and help you decide if you need to see a doctor right away or set up an appointment.

Preventive Care & Dental

Stay up-to-date on important health and wellness care, like:

  • Yearly physicals
  • Routine screenings, like mammograms and colorectal cancer screenings

Extra Dental Coverage

  • An extra $200 or more for dental above what Original Medicare covers

Community Outreach

Community is important to us, so we like to get out and meet our members. We’ll be at events, like health fairs and senior expos, ready to educate and talk with our current members and others throughout the community. Our team of liaisons is excited to build relationships with the people we serve.

Programs for Help with Specific Needs

Care Coordination

Our care coordination team goes beyond your primary doctor. We have case managers to help explain your diagnosis and test results in everyday terms, talk about your treatment options, and what you can do to improve your health, assist with home health care, and lots more.

 

Your Protection Matters

Medicare Advantage plans offer safeguards, like the appeals and grievance processes, to make sure you are treated fairly and have the chance to voice your opinion if you think you’ve been mistreated.

 


Be Fit will not cover services that require additional fees, like personal trainers or personal equipment. It applies to only standard fitness class and gym membership fees at non-residential commercial or community facilities, and it does not go toward your out-of-pocket maximum.
